This session explores these docker corner-cases, and will provide attendees with strategies for building reliable, replicable environments without relying solely on Docker. Attendees will learn methods for defining builds declaratively, manage toolchains and dependencies explicitly, and ensure long-term reproducibility across teams and CI systems. We’ll also cover where Docker does fit in, and how to integrate it thoughtfully without creating hidden fragility.

Keep it 'Clean': Practical Strategies for Reducing Build-System & Host Tech Debt

Long-running projects accumulate layers of build-system and host-platform debt over their active lives.
